Looking for the absolute loudest speakers I can get. Will be run with a Maxxuimus, 4 Batcap 800's and a 200amp alt. What are the absolute loudest 18's I can get and cost. Heard that a lot in here like the Fi's but what do you think. The goal is 150db groundpounder. I know it will be easier with 4 12's but the 18's are just so hood! can it be done, what speakers will get me there?

Nice, comments without advice. Care to elaborate obiwan?

Your volts are going to drop like a stiffy at a fat chick convention..

Look in too upgradeing your batteries..

Kinetik hc2400s are my choice.

And id go DC level 5s

sold everything

x2, volts are going to drop like no other. get hc2400's or Powermaster D3100's, both great choices cant go wrong with either.

edit: the amp is hungry as hell. this proves a point that your gonna kill the amp.

"Fuse: External 1000A"

and why do you want a maxximus anyways? i thought they couldnt be used for daily

Thanks, appreciate it. Should I still use 4? The car already has 12 batteries for the hydraulic system so space is tight, if I need it or it will affect performance then no problem, just don't want more than I need. Also can the Kinetiks be used at higher voltage? I'd rather have all the same batteries but I run 72 volts per bank for the hydraulics might as well upgrade if they work.

you can series the kinetiks, but how the hell are you charging 72 volts? external charger of some sort i'm assuming?

and yes, with that amp you're going to need something beefier than those little batcaps, i'd really run like 4 2400's for an amp that big...and lots of 0g...and another alt...10kw aint a joke, and that amp needs a boatload of current at good voltage to keep it working

Build: http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/ind...hl=avalon+build

monster/rockford/kicker/stinger cables, pioneer source, jbl highs/amps, kinetik/shuriken batts, iraggi alt, dei security, dc subs(atleast for now)
