12" T3 Audio Tss

well like the topic said .. got a 12" T3 Audio TSS .. gonna be runnin a saz 3000d to it soon in the next following week .. so here's the thing .. i need help with an enclosure for it .. want it to be loud but its pretty much gonna be daily with the exception of maybe competing once in a while .. pretty much listen to everything .. mostly rap .. so any suggestion or ideas would be great .. thx :hairtrick:

...if u want all of that ....build two boxes (daily and SPL) :clapping:

sweet that was fast .. ill try that out .. was making sure i got down every detail so i wouldnt get flame bout it .. but thanks .. lol :wacko:

but two box sounds good also .. so ideas for spl and daily then ..

box i recomended is kinda on the small side but im not sure aboujt 3k on the daily on the tss

small isnt that bad of an idea seeing as i dont have much room in the trunk .. lol .. got a 96 civic hB :rofl:

That sub will do well in both SPL and daily.

I was doing 153s in a daily tuned box.

Will do well in anything from 1.75 cubes for high tuned SPL, to 2.5 cubes for low tuned daily.

Go with a port any where from 28 sq inches for daily to 60 sq inches for SPL at no longer than 14 inches and no shorter than 8 inches.

The sub likes to play in the 35 - 50 hz range for peaks, but will go down to 20 hz if tuned low enough

This sub was built for 3K daily.

3 spiders, large gauge flat copper coil. Larger gauge than a DD99Z.

Heavy duty paper cone.

Of course any sub at that level of power will take a beating, but it did fine for me.
