Basshead08 Posted May 6, 2009 Report Posted May 6, 2009 Is the American bass vfl 1000.1 stable at 1 ohm? Quote System tear out has begun...Out with the old i have a iq of 128 i graduated at the top of my class tell me how im reatrded you are the 1 thats dumb as hell you can't even spell Look at the underlined text hahahahahahahaha I think of it as the virgin losing the virginity technique not just jumping in to it, and pounding away, but going at it slowly over time, to get to that full extreme
Boon Posted May 7, 2009 Report Posted May 7, 2009 Yes and no... it's 2 VFL500.1's in 1 chassis, you can run 2 channels at 1 ohm or strap them at 2 ohms officially. If you mean strap to 1 ohm, yes it will do it, based on the fact that the VFL500.1 will run 0.5 ohm, but you'll need AMAZING electrical to support it. We're talking about 2000A+ being pulled at full tilt, and if you get voltage drop, thats a HELL OF A LOT of IRFP360LCs that will let the magic smoke out, $1000+ repair bill... Quote 10.x volts fo' life!
