it may be rated like half of that pile of shit you linked to, but i guarantee it will do more in the real world, and last longer, and sound better overall

I also have the 475A. That was the first amp I used on my infinity components.

Between the two, I heard no difference. The gains on the infinity were a bit higher than the gains on the bamf after they were set with a multimeter.

What I do like about the bamf's over the infinity is that the bamf's have all the connections on one side as opposed to the infinity having everything split between the left and right.

Everyone has their own opinion though and I'm just sharing my experience with it so far.

all the specs are super inflated and will never ever happen

that alone is enough for me to not reccomend it, i'm not a fan of a company that blatantly lies about what its product is capable of doing....how pissed would you be if you bought a corvette at a sick deal with 400 horsepower and they went "oh, yea, its 400 horsepower MAX, it actually only makes like 95, that 400 is if you super charge it and run methanol, but its only good for like 10 miles like that" when you couldve just got a honda civic for the same price, knowing it only has 100 horsepower

honestly, if power acoustic put up real ratings, i'd say go for it. their reliability is notoriously bad (either work fine or just dont...MAG i assume you have one of the working ones), but for an amp that will barely make 400 watts, please dont put a sticker on it that says 1600 watts and claim it makes 600-800 all day.

hmmm...i may go with that infinity when i do this. Not sure what ill do farther down the line, but for when i do this, that infinity is the right price

Personally, I like power acoustik, there's a guy down here in Bama that used to beat everybodys ass with power acoustik subs and amps.. BUT, you do get wat u pay for..

but you're not getting what you pay for....you're getting less than 1/4 of what you pay for, and at that point why not get a good, quality, name brand, warranteed, reliable, cool running, clean power amp?

I realize they work, and they may work pretty well, but so will a friggin head unit amp, why not spend a few dollars (in this case, 9$) to get an amp that is not only better, but will realistically put out more power?

I have the bamf-4000/1d pushing 2 12" kicker cvx's and they absolutely slam, i have had no issues with the amp at all, good amp for the money.
