mrafrica
ok i replaced my front shocks on my 99 durango with the 5.9 and its 4 wheel drive so it doesnt have the coilovers like the 2 wheeldrive ones do. and well its sitting on the bump stops still. the stock shocks litterly had no oil left in them. so i thought this would fix the problem. i got monroe sensa trac shocks. i dont have hundreds to dump into this thing. so if i got torsion bar key lifts. and it will jack it up acouple inchs but if i got shocks from a liftkit that are 2 inchs longer would it jackup the front end with no problems? if i had the tortion key lift would it work even better? sorry if im babbling or this is a repost. heres a link to the torsion key thing i was gonna get http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/3-inch-Tors...sQ5fAccessories any help would be apreciated. thanks in advance Quote And far as the best connection ever....... get a huge fucking battery, cut the top off, drop an alt in there and then pour all that into your big amplifier. or just smelt them all together. white4d96
I don't think just swapping to bigger shocks would pick the front end up. If it's a torsion bar suspension, you might be able to just adjust the bars and get it back to proper height; IIRC there should be a nut or something you can use to adjust the height. Just make sure you get an alignment right after you adjust it! Quote Too many projects, too little time...

mrafrica
a torsion bar keyway lift part i beleive its called. it alllows you to get lift out of your tortion bars without putting too much strain on the stock one i beleive. just look it up. and ik its a socket ill need to adjust them. but i dont wanna over stress the torsion bars so im gonna get them keyways for them to replace the stock ones.
