cunokyle
Anyone else feel that the L7 subs are kind of a pain to design a good SQ box for? 13 x 33 x 21 with a port of 11.5 x 3 x 25(length) should get you around 3 ft^3 tuned to 32hz or so. Going to have to make the port in an "L" shape to get the length. AI James
not any harder then any other woofer if anyone wants a design for a small fee pm me, if not im sure someone will come along and give designs for free.
Ram
I had my L7s in a ported box first, then went sealed. I liked sealed a hell of alot more. If youre not going to compete, you should consider a sealed box.

The L7 really is not a good SQ driver. ramk1018 might be right about these, might sound better sealed. fox_racin4
amps a re adio 35.1D at .5 ohm i would like ported there will be a few events near me so.. i wanna see what i can do with 10s i had them in 3.3 cubes but i think it was a little to igh casue there was a crap load of excursion and i can still get the gain up more... but i dont want to bottom them out... so i was thinking of going a little smaller to keep the x max down a bit Quote 1998 gmc extd cab 12 crossfire C710s 4 SAZ-4500s 3 Singer 400A altsbuncha mids/highs Team Asshole
