They told me that I won the claim but I wouldn't get a refund all because I didn't have the "Premium" Buyer protection and because he didn't have funds. I will give him a few more days giving him the benefit of the doubt that he could still be in the hospital or maybe it did get shipped the next day and he just hasn't let me know.
