t-roy Posted May 27, 2009 Author Report Share Posted May 27, 2009 cut some 45's for some reason when i came up with this design at the last moment i decieded to make the box a inch shorter and tweeked the length to make it come out right but any way here it is in the test fit, with out the top on the box yet. well after many tries i got the box to go in, so i know then that it would not go in with the top on the box it was that tight,but i tried it any ways i put a few screws in the top , with the box in the car just to see if i could remove it with the top on , and found out that it will not go in or out with the top in place, GOOD THING I TRIED for some odd reason right before i was getting ready to glue it in place.so i came up with the idea of a removable top. to use some of the brass inserts Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

t-roy Posted May 27, 2009 Author Report Share Posted May 27, 2009 it sucked though i already had the holes drilled for it to be glued and screwed till i found out that it would not fit with the top on so i will have to just use some filler on the holes i will not be using with the box back in the car i had a amp rack mocked up to see what would be in the way. this wire will not be in there thats the old stuff Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

t-roy Posted May 28, 2009 Author Report Share Posted May 28, 2009 was doing some sanding and my saftey glasses kept foggin up on me so i drilled a couple vents in the lens my wife gave me the idea. she said thats what they do at her work to keep them from fogging up.
