SojiaRaggs9000
He means that he is getting radio frequency interference (RFI). Its not really from your alt, you probably have you power wire ran too close to your speaker wires. Also some times if you have your tweeter to far from the mids you can some times pick up RFI. SojiaRaggs9000
Thanks for the link bro..... Turns out that with reading comes knowledge Still not sure about the wisdom part though haha. haha, here is another one for you m8. This one deals more with audio. http://www.fiatforum.com/ice-guides/135760...hy-what-do.html Cliff notes: - Run power lines and RCA cables down seperate sides of the car. - Use shielded RCA cables. - Only use cables of the length you require - measure up and buy the shortest cable that will reach. - If avoidable, don't wind up the excess. - Consider using ferrite rings on your cables. - Consider fitting a suppression capacitor to the alternator. - Ensure you have a good earth (ground). - Ensure the head unit has a power supply choke. Boon
Do you have a Pioneer headunit? I've had enormous terrible spaghetti installs before that haven't picked up induced noise but you get 1 Pioneer with a popped fusible link and you will have TERRIBLE alt whine.
