mr.p Posted June 11, 2009 Report Share Posted June 11, 2009 I am running a single mmats hd4000.1 off of a mechman rhino set at 14.5 and a single group 34 carquest ngt exctreme or deka intimidator. full tilt at idle I can bring her down to 11.9 extra batteries would bring this up into the high 12s. but at 1000 rpms I touch a 12.6-12.8 and above that I don't drop below a 12.9. 3000w can be run on a single alternator no prob! I a going to run 2 of these amps on one with 2 extra batts ad see how it goes. you will probably want to get one with external rectifires just to help with reiability a bit.
