Old School Hifonics Zues Vii

I have a old school hifonics zues series VII, i dont know much about it, other than i had someone tell me it can put out alot of power. i dont know if this is true or not, so if you know anything on this amp it would be a GREAT help!!

I had a Boltar of the same series waaay back in the day. If I'm not mistaken, the Zeus amp made:

300 watts RMS x 2 @ 4 Ohms

450 watts RMS x 2 @ 2 Ohms

900 watts RMS x 1 at 4 Ohms (bridged).

And the last time I worked with one, it was literally shaking the ground on 2 Crunch PROCAST 18s that I'd just glassed into the trunk of a Chevy Spectrum (and STILL kept the spare tire!).

Those are some of my all-time favorite amps right there... :hairtrick:

so those ratings are true to the amp? because somewhere i belive i also read that they can almost triple thier output... again though, i dont know if this is true. I'm running 2 RE SX 15's off this amp now btw.

those specs sound right to me but they will not put out over 1300 max without frying the fets that is about the limit of your amp if you can get the subs down to 1 ohms you may want to look at the bxi1210d 1200rms at 1 ohm perfect for these subs.
