i was gonna run DAT with my DC. but i'm gonna try DD and see if i like them more. if not, i simply sell DD and head with DC. and if i go with DC, i will run DC amps too.

idk. i'm still kinda on edge about trying DD. but it's worth a shot. i just hope that if DD doesn't work and i want to go with DC, Rusty still accepts me. lol

Have you SEEN the pricetag on this gear? Just checking. Cos I have, 4 9515's, a Z2LV and 8 sets of DDA-W's (Also lol at planning to run them off 2 SS4's, they would take an SS4 per set...) is gonna run you a REDICULOUS amount of money.

Lemme do a quick add-up at retail price...

$3000+ in highs amps

$3500+ for the sub amp

$5000+ for the DDA's

$3000 for the subs

So that's $14500 right there.

Let's allow $1000 for wiring it all up and $2000 for batteries

Add on a couple of bits and pieces and you have $20000 of stereo equipment.

Dreams are free, DD isn't.

ok lets see here. dd has z2lv's, but the do not come with a warranty. now if you want to run a dual amp set get you 2 new m4's. they put out an underrated 4800@1ohm. the 9500's are rated at 1500rms, but as anybody who has ran dd, they like more. the 9500 and 3500 are right about equal when u put 1500rms on them. where the 9500's start to shine is when you put 2k or more on them. so with 2 m4's assuming you have the proper electrical to keep up, you would be looking at 2500rms per sub. hope that helps. also the retail price on a new m4 is $2100 with a map price of $1680
