It's just that most of them have mommy-and-daddy-funded Kickers that they think are hot shit. There were a couple loud kids at our school but they just graduated. I don't think I'm the loudest at school, but I think I am a little louder than most of those idiots. Not referring to you bro. I was speaking from personal experience with people like that. I should have been clearer. And I also agree with you on the "mommy-and-daddy-funded Kickers" lol. I have heard some loud builds from there, but otherwise all we have is a couple small shops, Best Buy and Wal-Mart. =/ Too many projects, too little time... Right close to $3000 A bit more because I am not including the snazzy gold plated battery terminals and odds and ends like that. Amps $750ish 2 out of 3 used. Subs $700 Wire and fuses $150 Audio processors $300 Batterys $460 Mids and highs $400 Box $100 Alarm $125, Gotta count it because I wouldn't have it if it wasn't for the audio. H/U free Thats so far. Last year I was around 6,000 deep after getting everything back in working order on a car that the blue book value is only around 4 grand on. (Damn sentimental value) Car audio Hdc3-12s 470 AP30001d's 700 Box (had kentb build) 250 Wiring - 300 Speakers... Fullrange/components totaled around 450 Batteries - 800 Alternator - 375 external regulator was 60 A6450 - 260 Infinity ref 475 was 160. Not counting all of the speakers I've switched and tried.... Total i'd say would be around 3800, 1200 more than I budgeted into it...... But when my integra was stolen there was an audio talley of 21384.00 and that was a small setup current in my burban is 6k gear going in my burban tallies around 15k sq setup goin in my Benz is just about 16k fronts and a sub.
