Do u guys think there would be an increase in spl(or difference in anything) if i made a box around 7-7.5 cubes, same port area and frequency? andym85 Posted March 22, 2007 Report Share Posted March 22, 2007 i would say you might see a little increase in score. by making the box bigger, theoretically you subs need less power to get as loud with a bigger enclosure...so if you make it bigger and keep the same power, you are in a sense giving the sub more wattage which might increase your score some. not 100% sure though...guess u just gotta build and test it. i likes me some audio stuff...
