be glad it was just a 2x4. I had a case where a couch fell out of a truck because it wasn't properly secured in front of a car. Car had no time to react and hit the coach flipped and the driver and his baby both were dead on the scene.

hmm i believe as long as you have the dashed lines, you are okay to use that to pass, whether it be on the remaining part of the on ramp or not.. As i understand even though it is only a segment of road, the last part of the on ramp becomes part of the highway and is no longer the "on ramp"

he just went over to the onramp on the right bc no one was there and we knew we could easily get around, and we had been behind him for like 10-15 getting rocks and shit thrown on us...and that peice of shit 2x4...what if someone on a bike or some shit would have came on the onramp?? who ever dropped that should be ______
