99GPGTX Posted June 29, 2009 Report Posted June 29, 2009 So my buddy and i were going to INDy today and we were stuck behind a semi in the slow lane and traffic on the right was going the same speed as the semi...so we were tired of going 65 after about 10 min..there was an on ramp coming up and we get over to the right to pass the semi. we are about to clear the semi and there is a 2x4 on the onramp!! it is stretched completely across the road. its either semi to the left or wall to the right so my buddy slams on the brakes and we hit the 2x4 (which is laying completely perpendicular to the road) the 2x4 blows the front left tire, we go over it with the rear end and it jumps us off the road and we fishtale into the semi next to us we are almost under the semi and it drags us along it spins us over to the wall..we hit the wall and did a 360 and my buddy had the skill to get us across the road and onto the shoulder... needless to say we were extremely lucky we didnt get injured or worst.... my neck is pretty sore and my buddys shoulder hurts...thats about it we could have easily been tboned by another car doin 70. as much as he and i love our cars he was just glad that we were okay. At least you didn't get hurt Subs are like titties, They need to come in pairs because ones and threes are just wrong, and larger amounts will always draw a crowd, we all have our favorite sizes, but the bigger ones are more fun to watch move.
