I have about 200 square feet of deadener, 4 yards of acoustic foam and a few hundred zip ties and mounts along with many feet of Techflex.

Here are some progress pics of the enclosure. 3/4" Birch ply, 1 1/4" wooden dowels and the SMD patented 45 in the port. 10 cubic feet NET tuned to 35Hz

Thanks! I beat myself up trying to do the best I can. For some reason perfection is my goal even though it's unattainable. I hope I get some good numbers out of this setup!

Just outa curiosity why such little power for the subs those will take a 3500 each with ease

I talked to DJ at Audioque and the 3500 was what he said I should run. I may get another and run them at .5 later
