Recommended Posts

How are the DD mids & highs? I like the way they look and was wondering how they might sound for doing SQ.

Current System:

Pioneer 6900 HU

Front Stage: (for now)

Soundstream tarantula 5.25 in the doors

Soundstream tarantula 4x6 in the dash

Kenwood 400.4 for mids & highs

Bass:

4 Soundstream RW-12's

2 Power Acoustik Stax 4000/1D's

single chamber box, 2.65 cubes.

Currently under the knife being bagged

Rebuilding err'thang

Man thats a nice accord bet you that shit slaps. Any plans to add another sub or are you good with the one.

It sounds great so far. Everything still needs break in time and maybe a bit more tweaking. No plans for additional subs. Maybe an upgrade to a Z series sub and more power. Any future plans for additional subs will be in another, larger vehicle. My next project will be 4 18s in a SUV, similar to loose wire's setup.

Final update. Everything is completed except one small piece and it's very obvious what piece. I will be putting a reversed plexi piece like the one on the trunk lid to match... with a DD logo or something to that effect with a blue LED. It sounds phenominal and gets better every day I listen to it. Derek @ Certified Sounds did an outstanding job. He is a great funny guy and knows his stuff. Here is the pictures you all have been waiting for. Enjoy!
