So here's some months old progress, I won't skip a step so I'll post up what you've missed. This is mostly all Phil's work. This is the B pillar. Stuffed nice and tight with newspaper Then pump it with space invader!! Then it was trimmed flush, then fibreglassed over! Looks messy but that doesn't matter, it's slowly getting stronger And the factory trim panels still fit, when it's done, all the glasswork will be hidden and you won't know what's hiding underneath But it will be built like a tank! A few more layers, to go onto the three sheets that are already there I got a little tired using modern power tools, so back to the basics for cutting the rest of the build! Glue is very important A little dig at someone from another forum This was fun..... NOT! Screws every 100mm, every single of the seven layers is like this. You can see why I go through so many screws in my builds Hope this doesn't flex... Mobile bomb shelter? Bust out the filler, and fill all those holes!!
