A shot of the sub. Fi BTL 1.4 coils. Dusty in here... Figuring up where I want the port. 8 3/8 inches is perfect for a 6 inch aero port. Fits very tight. If you build it, db's will come... While waiting for the face to dry I made some 7 inch biscuits and hit them with a half inch roundover. Also free handed a spot in them. You'll see why later. If you build it, db's will come... An a very small one on top of the box. I made a recessed area on the other side of the small hole. Looking through one hole to another. If you build it, db's will come... You can see the washer fits it the spot I cut out. Everything getting ready to be put in place. Added some goop and some glue and screwed it down. Did the top one first. EricR Posted July 8, 2009 Report Share Posted July 8, 2009 turned out nice man i was thinking leave the 12 sitting in the box in the hole and duck tape from the bottom of the sub to the bottom of the baffle so the sub doesnt free air. would that work?
