kickerfanatic Posted July 11, 2009 Report Share Posted July 11, 2009 i used dupont chromabase primer and paint and clear coat.. all came out perfect while doing the bupmer but i got some pimples in the clear coat and i would like advice on how to fix that without haveing to spray more clearcoat.. times are tight.. its very lil pimples. about 25-30 but spread in groups of 3-4 around the bupmer.. i gave more then enough flash time between coats of clear.. how do i fix it. what grade sand paper and do i use soapy water to wet sand...? cracker Posted July 11, 2009 Report Share Posted July 11, 2009 whats up man, im startin to learn this some but from what i know the lil dimples are from dust and id ahve to ask my buddy he has a lil of the same goin on and he has some kinda stuff that ya sand it down( fine sand paper like 2000 IIRC) then with the product he has it gets rid of the dullness. im sure somebody else will have better info, but im learnin now too and would also like to hear others suggestions.
