sean 371 Posted March 28, 2007 Report Posted March 28, 2007 RF t10001bd is a perfect match for those subs. Or a kicker kx/zx 1000. tc300 Posted March 28, 2007 Report Posted March 28, 2007 hey zaxfire69.... I would try 2get a class D amp for the SSD15 (small current draw and big output) what other amps have u look'd into???? Quote
zaxfire69 Posted March 28, 2007 Author Report Posted March 28, 2007 Well seeing that the 15 ssd is a dual voice coil woofer I would probably have to get the dual 2 ohm to bridge down to 1 ohm correct..So I will have to have a 1 ohm stable amp correct.. Quote
zaxfire69 Posted March 28, 2007 Author Report Posted March 28, 2007 Ok for my amp how about the Hifonics Bxi-1206D would that be enough to push the 15 ssd?? Its one ohm stable and if I get the dual 2 ohm 15 ssd it should work right.. Let me know about the amp... Quote
Dale Posted March 28, 2007 Report Posted March 28, 2007 zaxfire, not only do you want to protect those 6X9s, but not giving them their own enclosure could cause some bass cancellations. Quote
mike11202 Posted March 28, 2007 Report Posted March 28, 2007 Check out the Elemental Designs NINe.1 900rms@2ohm 1200rms@1 ohm Its underated should be doing about 1300-1400 @1ohm $365.00 www.elementaldesigns.com Quote
