LT.Smoke Posted July 19, 2009 Report Share Posted July 19, 2009 The officer or officers that told you that the car did not have a video camera were lying through their teeth every cop vehicle has video its for the officers safety and evidence of what happened if subpeona'd to court. As far as towing they are only required to tow your car if you are accused of the crime at the scene. So i definitely agree with the others talk to insurance and a lawyer your rights were violated.
