maxmays101 Posted October 17, 2009 Report Share Posted October 17, 2009 i had a JL 12 W3 in a ported box set off in the left corner. i have a somewhat small room big enough for my bed and a very small couch so i get good noise to size ratio. that thing hit pretty hard and sounded amazing. put the sub in my car so i just have a logitech set up now. i dont know if you want very punchy bass or very vibrant. but the w3 was good for both without fuckin up my neighbors. make sure you get a good amp though. i had mine hooked up to a pioneer 5 channel amp with a sub out channel at 2 ohms i wish i could have had an amp that delivered 1ohm for the sub to me i just heard a big difference when my subs were hooked up 1ohm..alot smoother in my opinion Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
