i guess nobody wants to help lol. ill just try a recone.

I think your are on the right track with the sub going bad. check the resistance of the coils and make sure they are not too far out of wack.

make sure one of your voice coils didnt come disconnected

also check your rca cables

sam- text me again i deleted your last one and didnt have your number saved. you need to go over the entire install with a fine toothed comb before you stick any sub back in. you can kill the btl off 500 watts if its being clipped, hit me up when u get a chance
