I'm partial to the MD3D for the fact that I've been using 1 for the past 6 months or so. Excellent amp. I can't comment on the AQ as i've never touched one, but from what I can gather, it too is a fine amp. I actually have a MD3D for sale in the F/S section. If interested hit me up.......
