EricR
yea me either. i went last time and bought 4 8 foot pieces of 2x4's and had them cut and i quote "please cut them at 4 foot" i get home and i had 4 pieces that were 3'10 and 4 pieces that were 4'2 Quote i was thinking leave the 12 sitting in the box in the hole and duck tape from the bottom of the sub to the bottom of the baffle so the sub doesnt free air. would that work? BulletInjection
lol its not about home depot or lowes its about the retard they assigned to cut your wood haha. Lowes has some dumb people because they have let me and my buddies walk out with $350 worth of stuff and we pay $45 because they mess everything up checking out and are like w/e you can take a Gatorade too XD Quote My build: http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/ind...8920&st=100 http://www.youtube.com/Bulletinjection
CHINO11550
is it true that when you buy wood from home depot they will cut it if i give the a cut list? thats the least they should do since they charge more for MDF Quote H/U Pioneer deh80prs w/ HRT iStreamer Ipod DACFront stage is active, 4 Morel Elate 6.5" & 8 CDT DRT26 tweetsamp running 4mids, Mosconi Audio 300.2amp running 8tit & alum tweets, Mosconi Audio 200.28 12" Ascendant Audio Chaos. amps 2 Digital Designs M4'zbox is a 4th order band passbatts. 1 XS Power D3400 under hood,6 D3100 in back2 XP 370 amp DC Power alts.MLA module 15+voltsAll in a 97 2door Tahoe LT2010 West Coast Reg. 140-149.9 Bass Race Champ Team Bass Hz
J00bles
thats the least they should do since they charge more for MDF in my area, home depot is actually 2 bucks cheaper per sheet of MDF. I had home depot make a couple of cuts for me when i was building my box. they dont charge anything for any ammount of cuts. All of my cuts were 100% accurate too. it mostly depends on who is cutitng the wood. if you're going to pay for it, then make sure to triple check all of their measurements before cutting.
