hey guys i figured I would just post for the hell of it. I got my 4th sub today , I had the wires and the box alll ready to go just had to throw the sub in the box and Im pretty damn happy. Stuffs slammin (to me) i think its pretty loud. It was enough to make my girlfriend just stop and stare at me and be like "are you serious? you need it this loud?" So i think i am pretty damn satisfied. Just figure i would post and let all you guys know that have been helpin me out and givin me advice the past few weeks that I finally grew a set and spent a little money and tried a few things. Ill try to get a video or 2 up soon so you can check it out.

Congrats man! Glad things worked out the way you wanted.

Im pumped about how it sounds its still really clean. I dont know why but i have had real good luck with just throwing stuff together without really understanding all the technical stuff about sound systems. a bunch of my friends have blown subs killed amps just from doing it themselves and i have always had a pretty strong clean sounding system. I wouldnt lie and say its how i planned it I just try things and see how it works.

I guess some of my excitement is done for a while tho Ill stick with what I have for a couple years. When i payoff my truck though the next truck is gonna be most likely a 2500 crew cab I may stick with a 1500 but def crew cab so Im gonna sell everything and start over. Do things right from what i have learned on this forum alone for the past 2 years. crew cab should give me a bit more room to work with too this time.
