Yeah man, if that were me they would bug the hell out of me and I'd start over and predrill all the holes first to prevent the splitting.

they are going in the bed. we are going to make a battery tray for all 4 of em.. i really dont use my bed to haul anything and i have a bed cover so thats our plan
