This is what i always use. Cant go wrong this way.

The bit is variable from 3 to 7mm, perfect.

And hoe, use a straight piece of wood as guide for your saw, use some clamps to hold it down.

Yeah yeah i know man, i tryed to be helpfull... I use a festool circ saw with saw guide myself

yeah thats a bad mofo....but siince ill prolly only be doing one build every 10 years it looks like why would i drop change on that thing lol...and foo im at work,so i cant put any more pictures up untill tonight when we start working on it again..not gonna be able to put much time in tonight tho cause i gotta go do movie time with one of the girls ( i know,what am i thinking?building boxes is way more important that sex right?)
