Ok i know i have been whining about needing a bigger box for my 12s in the back of my cab but i wont give up the passenger room because i want to be able to seat 2 people in the back. Basshead gave me what i think is a pretty good idea i just wanna know if anyone knows anything about it? Putting 2 captain seats in the back so i would have lots of room in between the 2 seats with a height limit of the window line rather than the bottom of the bench seat which is less than a foot. and also i would have space under the 2 captain seats. Is this possible, has anyone ever done this or seen it done? if so about how much does it cost and whats involved in putting them in, is there alot or modification required? Or even does anyone know where i could research this to findout?

Do they make special ones that mount to the existing bolts if i remove the bench seat?

I already showed you what I did. You don't have to go as extreme as me, but It is probably your cheapest route. And f.y.i i'm 6' even and I could sit back there with my head barely touching the roof. It only touched the roof when I would sit properly.

You could put captains seats in the back of an extended cab. You would have to drill a few new holes, but it's doable. I'd say you could get a good 6 or 7 cubic feet.

My comp setup (Not bad for what it is):

HP Compaq Presario V6120US laptop with:

15.4" widescreen

AMD Turion 64 X2 1.6GHz processor

2x1GB stick DDR2 SDRAM (667 Mhz)

Seagate Momentus 500GB SATA HDD

128MB shared video memory

Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit

12 cell Lithium Ion battery (actual battery usage time: 6 hours)

What it does:

On a USB 2.0 Wireless card

Wouldn't Captains Chairs be too big? I don't think that an extended cab truck would have enough space for that.

not just necessarily captains chairs i use that for lack of a better term bascially any single seat maybe even bucket seats as long as i could build under the seats and up high in the middle between them
