VaBeachKevin Posted October 18, 2009 Report Posted October 18, 2009 Are you planning on running the q-logic kick panels? That would be a pair of tweeters there, and another pair in the A pillars would leave 8 left. I see 10 rings. Im either missing something or just bad at math (or still hungover). Kasey Posted October 18, 2009 Report Posted October 18, 2009 1 in each A pillar, 3 in each front door, and 1 in each rear door, For a grand total of 10 tweets Quote "Audio is not a hobby it's a lifestyle" _____________________________Refs_1_Refs_2_____________________________
VaBeachKevin Posted October 18, 2009 Report Posted October 18, 2009 But the A pillars are already installed so no rings are needed there. In the video he says 12 tweeters. I wasn't sure if he was planning on running the Q-logic kicks. If so no rings would be needed there. Quote 99 Ford Explorer Sport Alpine 9886 Infinity 7541a JL 12w3 Viper 771xv

zfrerichs Posted October 19, 2009 Report Posted October 19, 2009 good stuff how well do the rings and backing stay in when you are trying to wrap it all in fleece? Nothing is more frustrating than taking all that time getting everything perfect then have it all bust apart when wrapping it........... makes you want to break the whole thing into little pieces. LMAO Quote Roseville, CA
berniebp87 Posted October 19, 2009 Report Posted October 19, 2009 One of the thing that impresses me the most is that Steve is doing all this in his backyard, a lot of AMAZING things have been made there! Watching all of this makes me wanna rebuild my own car and I just finished it, lol! Oh well, I`ll just have to keep myself away from the garage for a little while Love watching this Steve, top notch every single time! And educational! LMAO oh i feel you bro, thats why i get 10% better each time i do this (from messing up). Before i pull my fleece over, i will probably reinforce everything even MORE then it is...because trust me i have had the whole thing collapse before side-note: rode to work today with a bunch of wood rings FTW Its funny how you can drop jaws at the gas station with a panel that is so RAW and far from complete. People think you are absolutely insane Quote All SMD products + MORE available at my store here! https://wccaraudio.com/ Subscribe to My Youtube Channel! Over 1,000,000 subscribers strong!
