Hey Steve have you thought about using Boot Camp and running both Windows and OS X? I have a few buddies running both on the Mac Mini's with no problem. Just a thought keep up the good work man!

im still having trouble with the basic functioning of mac OS. If i can get windows 7 on it, i would probably be pretty happy. I know a few mac-nerds that wont STFU about it so i will hit them up

haha I'll teach ya how to get around the Mac OS and how to edit videos WAY easier on the mac mini.

and you can get windows 7 on there. theres a few programs. 1 comes with it you load up windows on Boot Camp and you start up either windows or mac on startup

or you can get parallels thats like $70 where you can use windows as a program in mac

you'll get used to it

Whoa now LOL, im not interested in video editing with the mini mac. Its going in my truck and will be used MAINLY as a "source". The fact it wont read my ipod because my ipod is already assigned to my other computer pisses me off but i will eventually figure it out. I got my work and home computer both working after tricking the ipod using a Hex editor (its been a while i think thats how i did it) I guess i can get away with preloading my itunes on the mac using a program i bought called Touchcopy 09.

yeah i used windows 7... i hate microsoft... but to be honest... they kinda made a nice OS this time... but anyways i love in socal... you're like 547 miles away from here.. i have 4 weeks of vacation time... lets do it

too funny, you hate microsoft and i hate Mac.....but i bought one anyway in hopes of a beatiful relationship with my iphone....and so far, my mac dont give a F#CK about my iphone and thats all i really want it for....oh well, ill figure it out eventually. Either that or it will be gone and a car-Pc will be in there if i get to frustrated with it

that mac mini has a nice built in wireless function called airport... makes it nice when i had mine in my truck... you can (enter word for "steal") internet at gas stations and parking lots... makes it nice when you're bored...
