Port size for 2 Crossfire BMF 1514's

Getting ready to build my enclosure, what i have is this...

48w x 15h x 22L = 7.45 cuft

I was looking at a port that is...

13.5h x 7w x 9.8L

that gives me 94 sq in of port tuned to around 40 hz right ?

Does this sound about right ?

i get like 45hz....make the length of the wood 12.5" for the port, that will tune it to around 40hz
