Derrick824
Even if youre going sealed I would still design it so the sub points up. You are only gonna lose spl by vibrating the shit out of your hatch. I'd point it up if it was my car. His box is only 15" deep. The 18" sub won't fit. civichatch
Ya i know that. I only have like 16 inches from the back of the seat to the hatch. Not enough. I have to go facing backwards. Its worked with my 15 so should work well with the 18. zaxfire69
Man ported for sure..Just do like I did..I didn't have any wood working tools, so I couldn't cut the box out myself..So I used subwoofertools.com set the box demensions, what frequency to tune it to and bam..It gives you the panel sizes to cut out..All you have to do is buy the Mdf, Take it to a carpenter or a cabinet maker pay him to cut your panels out. Come home assemble and do all your little tricks and stuff. Bam there ya go ported box...Just print out the diagram subwoofertools gives you take it to the man..Sealed is not an option for my sub..I wanted ported..
