Battery Or Capacitor

Sorry if this is already been asked but anyway

Whe my sub hits my lights dim really low so should i just buy another battery for my trunk and hook it up that way or buy a capacitor(which ive been told mixed feelings about)???

Yep, cause if your lights are dimming that means you have voltage drop, and having voltage drop means that a cap will do more harm than good.

kk ty i wasnt thinking lol ha and type of battery i no probably a xs power but idk how big

Im running 4gauage on a kicker l7 pushing almost 1000 watts on it if that makes a difference.
