well gas in nevada is currently 3.15 a gallon. and gas at my parents in northern california is almost 3.30 a gallon. i think it is a good idea but it will tend to be over kill or not as organized as the world finals itself. If people dont have to drive to Indiana to compete it will save them money, and to have someone in different locations host the event, they will save money from gas and have the money to compete.

but in order to go o world finals you have to have so many points.. i think it is going to be about the same turn out..

IM A LOW LIFE SCAMMER SO I WAS BANT....TEH HAMMA is NOT my friend

Dont get me wrong i can total see your point, i just don't like the fact that all the competers will not be in one spot. When we went this last year the coolest part was that there were cars that you normally would never see, were all in one place. With finals done like this you will have all the groundpounders out of FL stay in FL you will have all your Cali boys staying out west, i just think it will take away from the grandness of finals. But again i do see why wayne is doing this and i hope that it works out great as im sure it will.

^^thats kinda how i feel! i dont like this idea, but i also dont spend crazy cash on equipment, competing, and traveling...i just really think it is gonna hurt the sport possibly. most of the loudest bassracers in the U.S. are from FL, and now 2/3 of the spectators in the states wont be able to see them. i understand that the europeans need to be included, but it was just nice to have it at one location...spectator turnout has always been complained about, and i think it will only be worse this year!! i hope it all goes well...time will tell!

i likes me some audio stuff...

^true cause i get tired of hearing about the good ol days... the good ol days should be happening now. There is more people into aftermarket car parts now then there has been in along time but car audio still suffers. I just wish that i could go to a show were there was at least full brackets. I hope that how ever they hold world finals that it draws in bigger and better cars and bigger and better crowds. I just don't want to see something that i spend some much time, money, and effort into fall apart.

If you want full brackets go back east to the Ohio Indiana area. I have competed in full brackets in many, many shows. Out in the West there is to much going on besides car audio competitions.
