Mac is wac & Dell is hell. Either choice is not a good one unless you have lots of disposable income to spend on the upgrades to make either brand even remotely tolerable. Now he has a big white plastic paperweight, & a future big black plastic paperweight.

EXACTLY. They are disposable computers. Pc's on the otherhand can be upgraded to last for 3-5 years.

You guyz keep saying macs are expensive when they are not, now they can get expensive upwards of $15k but thats if you max out the ram with 16GB. You find me a PC that has the same potential power as a G5 for the same price(entry level G5). Without you having to build it.

Think of it like a system in a factory ride. Someone says, "I want a 155db system already installed for the same or less price than what Steve Meade has right from the factory." The dealer makes it happen. 3 years down the line some kick ass new equipment comes out & puts yours to shame. Steve meade can upgrade what he already has, but you find out all your amps & shit are welded to the chassis & would cost more to take out then to buy a whole new ride.

how can you say somethin like that when apple comes out with new a batter stuff ever year. it took 5 years to make vista and its still shit. they even sayed that it souldent be out because its not done. and you cant even put vista on your computer with out haveing to updata everything. all you have to do on apple is download it and its done.

I agree Vista is complete Shit. But you can just download and update for a PC to. Once you got some like REALLY GOOD FACTS. Then hit us up but right now its just small talk. PC wins lol. It always has. If Mac was better then more people would own one correct???? More people own PC's Then Macs. Its a fact. And always will be.

Macs are for amateurs and beginners. THERE EASY. Plug and play. Throw out year later repeat process.
