hifonics or kicker

i have a kicker kx1200.1 and i just got a hifonics bx1000d bruits which one would be better for 2 kicker l7 8s duel4s and which one can take a lower ome load and am building a t line box for the subs

I vote the Kicker as it is most likely underrated and the Hifonics is maybe slightly overrated, both will handle a one ohm load.

I just noticed you are doing a T-Line, since you wont need near as much power for a T-Line either amp will work, just be conservative with the gains.

kicker is by far better and not made cheaply like hifonics

I would go with the kicker. I had the same exact amp in my previous car and it was rated for 1326rms on the birth sheet

i've ran both kicker and hifonics and i would never buy another hifonics amp again, big paper weight in my opinion (i have one up stair in that mode right now)

I am still thinking Hifonics for this particular set up, as the 8" L7's are rated for 450rms a piece and with them being in a T-Line that handling goes down even more, so IMO it would be a waste to not use the Kicker to its full potential, and use it somewhere else, so thats why I change my vote to the Hifonics.
