You gotta know someone that's under 5ft tall & slim as a twig to crawl in there for you. Its not that hard, but you would have to put the subs in before you put the box in by tipping the box on either side doing 2 at a time. Notice how the subs aren't even aligned correctly. I would have done a triangle type shape on the inside instead of that rectangle. I would make things easier & probably sound better.
