CaptainzPlanetz Posted September 23, 2009 Report Posted September 23, 2009 is the lanzar vibe amp or lanzar max amp better? they seem about the same but idk if one is better or not. and do they REALLY do like 4K watts? I woulnt go with any Lanzar amp unless it is the OPTI series, but.....my buddy had a Lanzar Vibe amp rated at like 2000rms or something like that and it was wired to 2 500rms subs and they took it fine so my guess is it was putting out around 60-70% rated or so. Also what is the fusing on the amp that is rated to do 4K, if is from about 350-400 amps it has the potential to reach that mark, but say it has 250 amps of fusing it will never get near 4K. ¿ǝɯɐƃ ǝɥʇ Trolls never learn............ BassAddict32 Posted September 23, 2009 Author Report Posted September 23, 2009 i just saw a few systems on youtube with those and i didn't think that they really put out 4K. they run like 2 35A fuses so idk how well that'd work. some people LOVE the amps and say they put out some good power, and other people say that it puts out only 900W rms. so idk which is true or not. 1994 Ford F150 reg cab 2 HFX 12's Audiopipe APSM-1300
Red-navi-916 Posted September 23, 2009 Report Posted September 23, 2009 i had one of these i honestly think its the worst amp ever made..clipped the shit outta my speakers but i guess its just the install error or w.e ran my 2 15" L7's pretty nice tho its only like 800watts if that IIRC BUILDLOG http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/ind...showtopic=61862 "98crewcab"Never a POS....just always "a work in progress" lol that's how we roll bitches!!! Probably does less. 10.x volts fo' life!
