sean 371
The trim panel doesnt quite sit up yet, I have to notch the bottom corners a little, but it'll close up those gaps well enough. sean 371
In my car, subs up port back sounds muuch better. And the lower tuning sounds completely different. But I like the change a lot, it's quite a bit punchier too. And those are led's under the dash. I just mounted them up under the dash out of view, and hid the wires. sean 371
appreciate it man. And yea this setup slumps pretty good. All I gotta do is finish up the big 3 and i can crank the amp a lil more. Right now I'm getting too bad of voltage drops. sean 371
The t10001 is amazing. The amps are barely set at 1/4 right now, and this thing puts out far more power than i need, and these subs are rated at 600 watts each. I'll be keeping the amp around for a while for sure. As far as numbers go, I honestly have no idea. Probably low to mid 40's. If I can hit a 145 with this I'd be real stoked. But I'm going to have to find a shop to meter at. white_boi_audio
hey i was going to ask u i havent seen any caps in your installs do u have any or you just running straight to the battery holla Quote "MY RIDE" 1987 Chevy Cavalier Z24 2.8L V6 -- CB Radio with PA speaker Head Unit: 7 inch Jensen Flip-out -- Speakers: 4 Visonik 6 1/2s and 4 Visonik 6x9s Subwoofer: One Audiobahn 18 - Sub Amp: Power Acoustik OV1-2000d 2000 watt monoblock amp -- Battery in back - Kinetic HC600 -- Sub box: Custom built 5 cubic foot tuned to 30 hertz Coming soon: Bigger Highs Amp, Power inverter "WhItE bOi AuDiO" "FEAR THE DUCK"
sean 371
dude caps are a waste of money. Once I finish the big 3 I should be set as far as electrical goes, although I might need a lil batcap or an hc800 or something small as a secondary battery. And as an explanation, caps only work for a short time until they discharge, after which they become a load on your system, not a buffer. Plus theyre not super effective for voltage drops. The only difference I've heard them to make is to reduce light dimming.
