There are two measurements used on the Thiele-Small Parameters list, the maximum linear motion and maximum non linear motion. The maximum non linear motion value will almost always be higher, however the cone assembly is no longer moving in a straight pistonic motion and is in danger of damage either from 'bottoming out', grinding your coil former against the magnetic gap or pogo oscilations. A usual value for a high effeciency low frequency driver is 11mm to 15mm. A usual value for a low effeciency low frequency driver is 30mm-35mm. There are of course higher values in particular designs. However, am I to take it that your woofers have an x-lim of 808.5mm? Therefore, your motor assembly has a depth of at least 820mm before suspension? I would assume not, as 820mm would most likely be close to the height of your cabin. You cannot 'add' excursion together to make a bigger number. That has the same meaning as adding wire terminals. "My system has 30 speaker terminals, that means shits wanging doggggg....."
