kentb
i think you will be much happier without a wall, 4 12's on 10kw will jam like no tomorrow. personally i dont like the sound of walls you lose that transfer function you would normally have. i disagree mayne. with my older wall, the bass sounded much cleaner because there's not much flex. right now with only 2 10's my back hatch flexes like a bitch! wildcard4040
Personally i would go with the 4 12's Firing up and keep your back seat. Thats just me though i have no exp. with walls. you could mount the amp to the box too, i think it would be a clean setup. EDIT: for funny thought. lol you could be mini meade. Edited September 27, 2009 by wildcard4040 Quote i think i just gave myself a concussion i facepalmed so hard. and for the 1's that dont like me..... well, Im still here fuckers. 8Deuce
ur car iz bitchin, it would look a lil better with a srt8 hood tho. i vote 4 12s. http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/public/style_emoticons/default/hairtrick.gif Thanks alot man! Not really sure what you mean by "SRT8 Hood". I believe the SRT8's have the same factory hood. If you're talkin about an aftermarket hood, I do plan on changing it to a Viper Hood. I guess...Seems like everyone is leaning to the 4 12's firing up behind the back seat instead of walling it behind the front seats w/ 4 18's.... Anyone else?????? 8Deuce
Still looking for ideas or opinions. Also, I was considering maybe 6 LVL3 10's. Technically, its a tad more cone area but not really sure how the 10's would compare to the 12's as far as being good for a ground pounder... basshead4life
if your gonna do 6 10's you should probly do level 4's or 4 XL's i dont know how level 3's would do on ~1700 each Quote Team S.M.D. Maritime Car Audio- (2) 18" SSA ZCON D1 - American Bass 500.1 - 60 ft of 3/0 -480 Ah of battery - (2) stock alternators (70 +90) - Kenwood Excelon x-794, 4v preouts car audio is just a LOT more complicated than "this amp does this power" or "this sub will be this loud". its like 2 + 2 = banana. (if that confuses you then you get the point) lol

sdg0080
LOL. Yeah, my bad. I meant LVL4's. Any opinions on the 6 LVL4 10's vs the 4 LVL5 12's? can you fit 4 18's without doing away with the back seat? not really sure how much room you have to work with.
