going to get rid of my lvl5's and get .....

Recommended Posts

i would love 4 15's but i just don't have the baffle space , i have a max of 41.5 wide x 28 deep. so its never going to happen :(

with 6 12's i,m gonna have 1.7 cu ft for each sub and can tune to 30hz

in your opinions will that move more air than what i already have?

6 12"s would have the most cone area. Assuming the same power as before, you would move more air.

My comp setup (Not bad for what it is):

HP Compaq Presario V6120US laptop with:

15.4" widescreen

AMD Turion 64 X2 1.6GHz processor

2x1GB stick DDR2 SDRAM (667 Mhz)

Seagate Momentus 500GB SATA HDD

128MB shared video memory

Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit

12 cell Lithium Ion battery (actual battery usage time: 6 hours)

What it does:

On a USB 2.0 Wireless card

Ok another option i just thought about

I could wall off the boot behind the b pillar and still keep the back seats, this way i can do 4 lvl4 xl 15's

hows it gonna sound having them behind the seat? (well 2 would be completly behind and the other 2 would be sort of behind it) the port would be down the middle of the box and again half would be behind the seat. i could leave a 2" or so gap between seat and box.

is that gonna be loudest?

I've had 15's behind the seat before and I'm building 15's behind the seat now. It gets plenty loud, and its a wild ride for the rear seat passengers hehehehehe
