Boon Posted October 4, 2009 Report Posted October 4, 2009 The port is still far too long IMO. 8's don't work with long ports in my experience, they don't displace enough air to make the port resonate properly. Do 1 4" aeroport at like 12" long. Quote 10.x volts fo' life!

Hm well how do u calculate that. Precision port calculator claims a 4" flared port needs like 36" of length to get the tuning down to 33 hz. I know people tune 8s low, theres no way im tuning this thing above 40 hz...I do zero competitions and could care less whether it did good on the meter or not. Edited October 5, 2009 by kfx450r Quote
