Boon Posted October 3, 2009 Report Share Posted October 3, 2009 id ground the rear bat to the frame but u put a fuse inline from your front batt to the second (within a foot of the front one if u can) then another in line from the rear bat to your amp ( again as close to the batt as u can) Don't forget you must have _2_ fuses on the positive wire running front-back. One by the front battery and one by the rear one. What's the point in fusing it up front if the rear battery will just dump 2000A through it if you get a short? Quote 10.x volts fo' life!
