Rogers Posted October 3, 2009 Author Report Share Posted October 3, 2009 Im going through the same thing. my box is too big & my surrounds are buckling when they hit real hard on the low notes. So a smaller box is in the works. Poly fill killed the sound of my box completely. & it sounds like you have way too much in there. 1 pound? are your woofers sharing the same space also? or are the in seperate chambers?
