I have 2 type rs too, with a lil more than 650 rms on each one. No probs with screws. I have also had way better subs back in the day, some ground zeros, no probs with screws then either. However, there are better for the money out there, and breaking screws isn't a good indication of loud. What kinda bandpass box you got? Build it yourself? Specs?
