I have a question on why, when i play my music above 44 volume it start's to skip or cut out. I have tried even a new cd and still the same problem.

Do you have a sub? Maybe the sub is causing the cd to skip.

are you talking about clipping? or is the music skipping? cuz if its clipping that means ur giving either ur speakers or subs too much power...

are you talking about clipping? or is the music skipping? cuz if its clipping that means ur giving either ur speakers or subs too much power...

or ur subs are taking too much power from the amp and when u get to a certain volume u cant raise the volume cause it starts to clip and its because its not enough power for your subs and it doesnt kick and skips some bass lines...

I'am running a MB QUART DSC 1000.1 amp to my RE SE Subs, it actually stops playing music and plays and stop for a few sec.

Check your grounds, mine used to do the same thing with my Kicker Zx.1500, changed to a better sanded ground and the problem was fixed.

Could be a grounding problem, HU skipping, clipping or amp going into protect for a number of reasons.

I will have to look into it, take it back to were i had it installed.
